SamplePro and Intake1000 Automated Sampling

Automated sampling is required for all online monitoring with the Aqua Analyser modules - no photometric online analysis can work without permeate, no TOC or TP can work without homogenisate

Avaliable Modules:

Sample_Pro:

Permeate for photometric analysis

Homogenisate for all analysis where the content of suspendid solids is relevant

Proben

Automated probe sampling is a must for the online analysis of water.

Intake_1000:

self cleaning stainless steel prefilter for heavily loaded samples like at the intake of a sewage plant

Permeate is always required for the modules NO2, NO3, NH4, PO4, SBV

Homogenisate is always required for TOC, TIC and total P

For the photometric analysis the water sample has to be absolutely free of particles. The water is being pressed through ultrafine membranes. The result of that process is called permeate. This permeate is needed for the AquaAnalyser Modules NH4, NO2, NO3, PO4 and Alcalinity

Optional:

automated backwash of permeate membranes with special detergents

For some analysis the contents of the particles are important. The particles are ground down and dissolved in the water sample. The result of this process is called homogenisate. The homogenisate is required for the AquaAnalyser modules TOC and TP (Total Phosphorus).
